How to get the most out of your lash fills..


Come with squeaky clean lashes. The time it takes us to clean them is equivalent to 20-30 additional lash extensions for you!

Show up 5-10 minutes early and wash your lashes in our restroom before your appointment begins.

Arrive on time. We likely have a client after you and will still need to end your service as scheduled. 

Bring headphones to listen to music or a podcast. We can work much faster and more precisely when you are perfectly still, or even snoring! We love visiting with you, but also want to give you our best work! 

Homecare Rules...

  • The most important thing you can do to increase your lash retention is to use your Lash Bath cleanser every single night.


  • Brush daily with a spoolie.


  • Avoid makeup on your extensions.


  • Sleep on a satin or silk pillowcase.


  • Avoid skincare products containing oils around the eyes - including sunscreen.


  • Avoid tanning beds for at least 24 hours.


  • Beware of blasts of high heat from the oven, grill, or stove.



  • Prebook and keep your scheduled fill appointments. Even if they still look full (that's the whole point, right?!) there is still outgrowth to be removed and replaced with new extensions.

IF LESS THAN 50% OF YOUR LASHES ARE REMAINING AT ANY FILL, WE WILL ONLY PERFORM AN INTENSE FILL OR FULL SET. IN THIS SCENARIO, PLEASE CALL US IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE WE HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN AMAZING SERVICE AND GET YOUR LASHES BACK ON TRACK.


IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING RETENTION ISSUES, ADJUSTMENTS WILL ONLY BE MADE IF YOU PURCHASED, AND ARE USING, OUR RECOMMENDED HOME-CARE PRODUCTS.


CONTINUOUSLY SHOWING UP WITH DIRTY LASHES WILL REQUIRE A LASH BATH TREATMENT BE SCHEDULED PRIOR TO YOUR FUTURE FILLS.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILL ANY LASHES THAT HAVE MASCARA ON THE EXTENSIONS.


NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FOR 100% OF THE SERVICES SCHEDULED.



SERVICES ARE CHARGED AS SCHEDULED. IF YOU SHOW UP LATE OR NEED TO LEAVE EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE SO WE CAN ADJUST YOUR SERVICE TIME.


APPOINTMENTS CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS UNTIL THE SERVICE START TIME WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICES SCHEDULED.
